Gentleman who was just about to — hi. I'm really curious around applications, and I want to talk to that a little bit. I've spent quite a bit of time working with young people in schools, in universities. And part of the dilemma that we face is it feels like the industry is telling us one thing about what the jobs of the future are and the skills that we need to learn. But when it comes to education, we have limitations on what we can apply. And so my question is: how do we find the right balance of applications and ensure that the future generations get what they need, without the risk of, say, abusing those applications, or having them fall behind as a result of a ban.
