And so just the word fimi, as you can see, no longer talks about the content layer anymore. Foreign is on the actor layer. Information manipulation is on the behavior layer. Foreign interference is associating an actor with a behavior. But none of them talk about content anymore, and neither do they talk about viralness, like the distribution layer stuff.
