It's an honor to meet you. My name is Tokujin Matsudaira, a law professor at Kanagawa University, Japan. I specialize in constitutional law theory. In that sense I think that among the three of us, I'm the most old-fashioned scholar hanging out with the 19th-20th century things and know very little about the digital issues.
