The point I'm making is that there's always an international democracy community. People who are even exiles from Taiwan or people who could not do much in Taiwan, but maintains a connection, many time underground connection, with the international community can nevertheless express what's actually going on, speaking truth to power, but sometimes only in a very roundabout way.
