If it's the American one, then of course, the cross border rule of the APEC, which is less strict than GDPR, is enforced, but we don't a priori say that. We prefer GDPR to CBPR. We say that if you want to do business with Europeans who have to follow their rules, and we're here to protect whatever norms that people agree on.
