It’s more privacy-preserving in two accounts. First, it’s not GPS. We’re not asking you to install an app that reports GPS, because the GPS would know in which room you’re in in your household. We don’t need to know that information. That’s the first thing. The second thing is that the cell phone operators aren’t collecting this anyway. This is not new information being collected.
