I think this plurality, instead of a singularity vision is what I have written in my own job description. Instead of user experience, we need to think about human experience. When we think about user experience, I know some other industries that also use that term user. You only care about the time that you spent addicted with that technology when you use the term user. It’s a zero-sum game of attention and time span.
