I’m the digital minister, and the digital is the new space made possible for human habitation, made possible by ICT, but it’s not by itself ICT. It is a culture, the plurality. Instead of teaching IT to young people, it’s easier if you teach instead digital competence. That’s not media literacy, which is about consuming media.
