After we look at the barricading of the hospital, the Constitutional Court found that it is not unconstitutional, but if you can replace it with something better, something that had a fixed length of termination, that has a fully informed process, and that is less intrusive than a physical barricade, then by all means, use that instead of a physical barricade.
