There’s many, many projects that try to crack this nut of an inclusive digital democracy. Mostly, they work on the edge of the government, meaning that maybe they process one significant case, maybe a couple month, once. Maybe they get a political will by a mayor of a certain city, but once the mayor switches, then it’s gone.
