In that time, we constantly talked to a bunch of social innovators around Taiwan and co-created this space for mutual benefit, and so not just for people in Taipei. I think the number one consensus was that we are to have a cafe, an open kitchen, a dedicated chef in a place where you can live stream the cooking to people. That’s the number-one priority.
