In our Presidential Hackathon a couple months ago, a cross-sectoral team built a machine learning system that looks at these issues and numbers which could be uncorrelated to a human eye. Then they also, with land price and everything, and they trained an AI model to predict in the next month how is a public-list company likely to engage in fraudulent loan behavior.
