No matter which laws or regulations are being challenged, the MPs of course can always say, "Oh, but this needs a full parliamentarian deliberation," but they can take up to three or four years of doing so. While they’re doing that, the experiment continues to run and continues to generate open evidences for everybody to see, and including a business model.
