If there’s more than 200, maybe they get disappeared, or severely discouraged, because they really threaten the legitimacy of the government. What we do is that we can’t beat them, so we join them. We not only set up complementary measuring sites on the places where citizen scientists are not as active, we also listen to the citizen scientists who say, "We want a measurement point here."
