It’s almost standardized. Basically, it’s called the Open Policy Making Toolkit. UK has, I think, one of the most advanced one, but nowadays Google, Mozilla, Red Hat, [laughs] everybody has an open innovation toolkit, by any other name, but it’s the same methodologies anyway.
