If the problem is of this shape, it’s brought to my office for deliberation and open government. If they think that they can solve it just fine with their old vertical power model, they don’t even bother me. I don’t even know about these things. This is a way that complements but doesn’t reinforce neoliberal capitalism or any form of vertical power.
