The third one that we’re working on at the moment is the Regional Sandbox, which is a general-purpose sandbox. They must be initiated by a regional, like county government that want to solve their particular social need. There again, they get to challenge the Central Government’s laws and regulations. Even the law itself is subject to disruption through the sandbox law.
