Basically, this enables a culture, what we call working out loud, meaning that people who don’t have a direct reporting relationship nevertheless has this ambient feeling of what everybody is up to. When there’s an ad hoc group that needs to be formed, we can very easily form on a chat room, or on a shared mind map, or whatever here.
