I think Signal uses very fast, high quality code and I wanted to know if we can look at Signal E2E protocol to other applications for other uses. For example, the Matrix.

Signal has an E2E protocol, right? A message protocol and it’s a list of passport to interbreach...with for example, Matrix’s protocol.

I mean replace Matrix which is low-end. Because some people say that Matrix is low-end E2E, and not fully trusted or verified. They have their own algorithm for E2E, but everyone knows that the messages in Signal have E2E algorithms that everyone trust. What I want to know is that if I can replace this message layer?

I think it’s an interesting topic that we can make Matrix a high-end api that is friendly for development. If it’s low-end, we cannot combine Signals into the algorithm. It is not a very good integration. OK. Let’s go.
