各位夥伴大家好，我是王景弘，又叫TonyQ，我跟這個議題的關聯是剛好之前在政委辦公室有協助一些數位立法的工作，本身也是技術專業，所以今天來跟大家一起與會，討論看有什麼我們可以貢獻的地方，謝謝。

我們接下來之後也是走PCSC協定嗎？之後也是會走在PCSC的範圍內？

還有相關健保卡資料相關欄位的部分，跟現在的部分是不是會異動？是維持現在的欄位或者是會有異動的部分？

健保卡現在的欄位會有異動的嗎？我們有機會去異動嗎？我的問題是我們有機會異動現在健保卡的欄位嗎？就是現在80K儲存空間的部分。

我想問的是，我們應該是在卡片的層次去存放載具，我們有機會討論到爸、媽健保卡是不是可以直接當小孩的健保卡使用，這是不是在今天的討論範圍內？這有兩種做法，一個是載具併在一起，一個是直接包含它，這兩個路線不太一樣。

我今天是以資訊能力較高，且經濟能力較好，常搭計程車的人的身份發言，對 Uber 我要持反方態度，我本身喜歡搭乘台灣大車隊高於 Uber。

我不覺得 Uber 真的是共享經濟的角色，我認為乘客本身仍會以從 A 點到 B 點快速到達為主要考量。

目前我認為台灣大車隊的服務在台灣計程車圈已經是資訊化數一數二，但仍必須承認Uber有些地方做得比台灣大車隊好。

對於以信用卡或其他現金以外的支付工具付計程車錢，其實現在已經很普及了，不應該持保留態度。

另外，應該考量剛提到的安心服務，我作為一個乘客是不可能會去用的，司機在前面，你真的會去按那個按鈕嗎？我個人是不會啦，更不用說我注意力只會被那個「大禮包」影響，也就是廣告。

司機普及度也是問題，不過我所在的地方，是沒有 Uber 服務，這點可以先不管。

另外，對於司機服務品質確實需要考量，重要是我們要吸取彼此的長處和短處，來做更好的服務。這才是最重要的。

另外，台灣大車隊說八月底要提供悠遊卡等更多支付工具選擇，現在也還沒看到，到底是什麼時候要開放啊？

Today I speak in the capacity of someone with higher IT literacy and better financial capability who frequently takes taxis. On Uber, I hold an opposing stance; I personally prefer taking Taiwan Taxi over Uber.

I don't feel Uber is truly playing a sharing economy role. I think passengers themselves will still take arriving quickly from point A to point B as their main consideration.

Currently, I feel Taiwan Taxi's service is already among the top in IT adoption within Taiwan's taxi circle, but it must still be admitted that Uber does better than Taiwan Taxi in some areas.

Regarding paying taxi fares with credit cards or other non-cash payment tools, it is actually very widespread now and we shouldn't hold a reserved attitude.

In addition, considering the safety service mentioned earlier, as a passenger I would never use it. With the driver right in front, would you really press that button? I personally wouldn't, not to mention my attention would only be influenced by that "gift pack"—that is, advertisements.

Driver coverage is also an issue, but where I am located, there is no Uber service, so that point can be set aside for now.

In addition, driver service quality indeed needs to be considered. What's important is that we absorb each other's strengths and weaknesses to provide better service. That is the most important thing.

In addition, Taiwan Taxi said they would provide EasyCard and other payment tool options by late August, but we haven't seen it yet. When exactly is it opening up?
