Hi, minister, a pleasure to speak. My name is Neil Sachdeva. I'm a current undergrad studying computer science, Yale College. I actually worked on the team that takes from open source deep learning compilers. So particularly interested in that subject. My question is, in the realm of deep learning research, we've seen a lot of contributions from the open source community, particularly in the past 15 years. But in more recent times, as it's become privatized, a lot of the cutting edge research, cutting edge work has come from the private sector. And while we've currently seen a lot of those contributions added to the deep learning, to the open source sphere, that's clearly going down with time. So I wanted to ask how you see this evolving and more specifically how you facilitate the open source community in regards to deep learning here in Taiwan?
