I have visited Japan many times before the pandemic and I remain very concerned about the revival of the Northeast Region. Now, as you know, I had planned to attend the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics but had to cancel because of counter-epidemic reasons.

Now, I understand that the Japanese Digital Agency has been founded since September 2021, and we just founded our Ministry of Digital Affairs August 27th. I fully expect that there will be more chance of digital affairs exchange in the future. I'm very willing to travel to Japan for that.
