
My knowledge is not extremely deep when it comes to some of the jurisdictions. However, I can say that a lot of the folks who have gone through — so if I were to give you an example, we had a situation where we had a woman from the Black community. She was being overlooked for the longest time. She was in line for a promotion. She was just stuck there for about five years. They brought us in as part of a process and, after five years, she actually ended up getting promoted. She moved up and it showed us that when you build a solution that levels the playing field and actually assesses individuals based on merit, it upholds a lot of basic human rights, like that of having fair and equal opportunity and advancing in a career in a dignified fashion.
