You were coming along, and you were building technology alongside their technology -- their PR campaigns for a new policy, nobody could understand it. So you just came in, big smile on your face, not being antagonistic. You basically just sat alongside them. You forked out alongside them and just wrote out their policies in a way that people could understand. So people started going to your site.
