You've actually got them to think that it's probably their idea. This is your tactic, isn't it? You go in there. You work alongside an organization. You identify where they're not quite making something work. And you make the new, more pro-human, pro-social version of things that much easier and palatable and sexy that they go, "Oh, okay" -- like the Speaker in Taiwan said, "Ah, well, you sort of have a point. It's a great idea. We can't argue with it. We'll give it a go."
